At Creative Learning Land, children learn through play, exploration, and real-life experiences from hands-on classroom activities to time in our garden.Guided by Experience Curriculum and GeeWhiz Education, we focus on building strong social skills, early academics, and positive character so children are ready for kindergarten and beyond.

Our philosophy

At Creative Learning Land Childcare, we believe young children learn best through play, routine, and loving relationships. Every child is unique, and we meet them right where they are socially, emotionally, and academically.

We focus on:

Our programs

Our program is designed to feel like a second home while still giving your child a strong start in learning.

We offer:
• Full-day care, Monday–Friday
• Small group sizes so children get one-on-one attention
• A balance of structured learning and free play
• Daily opportunities for music, movement, art, and outdoor play
• A faith-based, values-focused atmosphere that teaches kindness, respect, and gratitude

We follow the Experience Curriculum and Gee Whiz Education, which provide age-appropriate, hands-on activities in:
• Early literacy and language
• Math and problem-solving
• Science and nature
• Social-emotional skills

We also offer an on-site garden experience, where children engage in planting and caring for living things, building responsibility, curiosity about nature, and an understanding of how food is grown.

Our infant program is all about love, safety, and responsive care. We know that babies need consistency and comfort, so we follow each child’s individual routine for feeding, diapering, and sleep.

In our infant room, we:

  • Hold, rock, and talk to babies throughout the day

  • Use safe sleep practices and a calm, peaceful environment

  • Encourage tummy time, reaching, rolling, and early movement

  • Read, sing, and talk to build early language

  • Offer soft toys and sensory experiences that are safe for little hands and mouths

We stay in close communication with families so you always know how your baby’s day went and what they’re learning and exploring.

Infant care

Toddler program

Toddlers are busy, curious, and always on the move—and our program is built for that!

Our toddler program helps children:

  • Learn simple routines (clean up, wash hands, line up, etc.)

  • Use their words to express needs and feelings

  • Practice sharing, taking turns, and playing with others

  • Explore music, movement, blocks, art, and pretend play

We support early learning through:

  • Simple counting, colors, shapes, and matching games

  • Storytime with questions and repetition

  • Hands-on activities that build fine motor skills

We also partner with families on toilet learning, self-help skills, and building independence in a gentle, patient way.

Preschool

Our preschool program is designed to prepare children for kindergarten and beyond, while still keeping learning fun and playful.

Preschoolers at Creative Learning Land:

  • Work on name recognition and writing

  • Practice letters, letter sounds, and early reading skills

  • Explore numbers, counting, patterns, and early math

  • Take part in science, nature, and simple experiments

  • Build strong social skills—sharing, problem-solving, and following directions

We use the Experience Curriculum and Gee Whiz Education to plan themed, hands-on lessons that connect literacy, math, science, art, and movement. Our goal is for children to leave us confident, curious, and ready for school.

Summer camp

Summer Camp at Creative Learning Land Childcare gives children a safe, fun, and engaging place to spend their days when school is out. Our camp blends hands-on learning with plenty of play so children stay active, social, and curious all summer long.

Our summer camp includes:
• Weekly themes that spark imagination (science, nature, art, water fun, and more)
• Daily outdoor play, water activities, and gross-motor games
• Creative projects in art, music, and dramatic play
• Reading, writing, and math review built into fun activities to help prevent “summer slide”
• Simple STEM and nature explorations, including time in our garden
• Faith-based values and character-building activities that focus on kindness, respect, and gratitude
• Small group sizes so children receive individual attention and support

Families can choose full-time care during the week, with a consistent routine that keeps children engaged, learning, and excited to come back each day. Our goal is to give children a summer filled with discovery, friendships, and growth in a warm, family-style environment.
